• MAKE A COMMITMENT TO YOURSELF to jump in and participate at full-throttle! YOUR voice, along with the power and reach of this community will multiply 10-fold as each new author joins.
• JOIN our private, Authors-Only FACEBOOK Group (mandatory for program communication). You’ll need to check in there at least weekly. This will be where you receive group communications about the project and can ask project-related questions. https://www.facebook.com/groups/577242141968945
• REACH OUT to your fellow authors and connect on Facebook and LinkedIn (at a minimum). These two media resources will be valuable to you during the launch.
• START ON YOUR CHAPTER DRAFT. 
• WATCH for calendar updates: we’ll be sending out notices for Zoom Meet & Greet Hours, as well as Marketing Zoom Calls to update you on talking points and your personalized social media memes.

• FRIDAY, MAR 28, 2025. NO LATER THAN THIS DATE: The INITIAL rough draft of your chapter and bio are due to your Writing Coach NO LATER THAN this date.
• TUESDAY, APR 1, 2025. NO LATER THAN THIS DATE: LAST DATE FOR NEW AUTHORS TO SIGN ON; LAST DAY TO TURN IN YOUR SIGNED CONTRACT AND PAYMENT OPTION.
• MONDAY, APR 7, 2025. NO LATER THAN THIS DATE: Forward your professional headshot to JULIE by this date. 300dpi minimum, COLOR, 2″ x 3″ minimum size (do not crop). Your color photo will be used in your customized social media memes and your BW photo will be used in the book. Please only send a color photo; we will convert to BW here. Reminder: Only use the social media memes provided, along with your personalized videos. Please DO NOT create nor use any other social media memes.
• MONDAY, APR 7, 2025. NO LATER THAN THIS DATE: SET UP your LinkTree link and send your QR code to Julie@daviscreativepublishing.com
  • How to create and set up a Linktree account 
    • New Users can set up a FREE account here: https://linktr.ee
    • You may also download the FREE APP onto your phone and set up your account that way, also.
    • Follow the prompts and add your contact info (email, website, preferred social media, special offers, etc.) NOTE OF CAUTION: You may want to include a business phone number, but we do not recommend you add your personal cell phone number.
    • Your bio does not go into LinkTree. Only your contact info.
    • HANDY NOTE: You can rearrange the order of your contact info by clicking and dragging the tiny dots on the left of each contact bar.
    • Once you save your info, it will give you your very own LinkTree link.
    • Just to the left of your photo (or big circle with your initial / top right) is a “share” button
    • Click the SHARE button and you get a drop-down box
    • Third option down says “My LinkTree Code”
    • Click that option and download the PNG of your QR code
    • Send the PNG file to JULIE

• TUESDAY, APR 15, 2025. NO LATER THAN THIS DATE: The FINAL draft of your chapter [1500 – 2000 words (+/- 10%)] AND BIO is due to your Writing Coach . Your FINAL, Author-Approved 150-word bio should be INCLUDED at the end of your chapter.

• TUESDAY, APR 22, 2025. NO LATER THAN THIS DATE: Your Writing Coach will submit the author- and coach-approved FINAL DRAFT CHAPTER and FINAL BIO to JULIE NO LATER THAN this date; your chapter gets forwarded to the proofreader for final review.
• THURSDAY, MAY 22, 2025. MEET AND GREET #2– check email for calendar invite
• SATURDAY, JUNE 7, 2025. RADIO SILENCE BEGINS
• FRIDAY, JUNE 13, 2025. PRE-LAUNCH ZOOM CALL – check email for calendar invite
• TUESDAY, JUNE 17, 2025. DAY OF LAUNCH ZOOM CALL – check email for calendar invite
• TUESDAY, JUNE 17, 2025. DAY OF LAUNCH: E-BOOK GOES LIVE!
  • Your commitment to participating in helping to promote the book via social media and your e-news/contact list ensures the success of this launch.

• FRIDAY, JUNE 20, 2025, eve. Covers get updated with the Amazon Best Seller Badge, loaded into the Facebook group, and the paperback goes live after the launch at the Sponsor’s discretion.
